About Domestic Shipments (Canada)
Receiving your dream E-Bike has never been easier. Our headquarters located in Toronto, ON enables us to quickly ship our products right to your doorstep–sometimes in as little as one day, depending on your location. All you need is to provide us with a physical street address (not a PO Box) at checkout and choose your shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80. We are not responsible for deviations from estimated transit times.
We Ship Internationally!
USA
Orders placed for delivery to USA are shipped via Purolator or UPS and INCLUDE all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, and will be delivered to the provided address.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

About Customs, Duties, & Taxes
When ordering from Demon Electric, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
